full carpark inadequate air conditioning
the car park situation was not ideal as it was full upon arrival even with a pre booked space we left the car key for staff to park it later it was inconvenient the room on level 4 lacked proper air conditioning only a dyson fan was available but it wasn't effective the lack of fresh milk and inability to order a simple sandwich until lunchtime were also disappointing
